Alcohol Detox in Quakertown, Pennsylvania: What You Need to Know

If you are researching alcohol detox in Quakertown, PA, it is important to understand why medical supervision is essential. Quitting alcohol suddenly can trigger severe withdrawal symptoms, including seizures and delirium tremens, which the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) identifies as life-threatening risks requiring clinical care. Alcohol detox is the first step, and we meet you where you are with three levels of care designed to promote recovery.

We offer three distinct program levels, so you can choose the right intensity of structure and support. The table below outlines the key differences:

Alcohol Detox Options in the Bucks County Area
ProgramHours/WeekSupervision TypeTypical DurationBest For
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)20-30Medical & clinical dailySeveral weeksStructured recovery with day‑time support

What age of clients do you serve?

We provide services to adults only.

Do you offer services for mental health treatment only? What about co-occurring?

Rosewood is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) so there needs to be a substance use diagnosis to be a client at this program. We are co-occurring capable meaning we do provide services to individuals who have substance use and mental health problems.

How do I know if a loved one or I need professional help?

Seeking help for addiction, whether for you or a loved one, is never easy. If your addiction makes it impossible to maintain your lifestyle and function at work or in social situations, it may be time to seek professional treatment.

What if I can’t afford the out-of-pocket costs?

We are committed to ensuring that cost will not be a barrier to those entering treatment and we will work with you or your loved one as best as we can. We offer sliding scale fees through our generous financial hardship program.

Every insurance plan is different. Before committing to a program, we will verify your insurance and discuss any costs. We also accept out-of-network benefits and help ease the stress of a "super bill" by making claims on your behalf. While we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, we are happy to discuss our sliding scale fees to make treatment affordable.
